8 apartments - studios and 2 rooms - have been renovated and decorated in the old Ile de Ré style.

The studios on the ground floor open onto a pretty interior courtyard/garden. The upstairs apartments have views out across the rooftops of La Flotte.
Ideally located in a pretty, quiet street 50m from the shops and market, 100m from the port and 300m from the beach.

Equipment for your comfort includes: TV, fully equipped kitchen with cooker and microwave, shower, wc, iron, hairdryer. dishwasher in the two room apartments. 
Laudry room (washer-dryer). Bicycle park. Private closed parking 800m from the residence.

Animals not accepted  -  Charges included - On demand: household linen and cleaning on departure.
